It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We welcome returns on new, unused, unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original packaging and have all tags attached. Should there be a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will arrange a return to the manufacturer for replacement or for the item to be fixed. Please note, any manufacturer defects are subject to each individual manufacturer’s policies.

Shipping charges on purchases are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for paying shipping costs to return items via courier or Canada Post. We recommend opting for a shipping method that allows you to insure and track your package, as Pure Modern Baby is not responsible for lost packages on returns.

Purchases made by Visa or MasterCard will be credited in the same manner. Purchases made with Gift Certificate or Store Credit will be returned on Store Credit. Should your item be a gift, we are happy to include a gift receipt. Returns made with a gift receipt will be credited with a Store Credit. Original receipt or gift receipt must accompany all returns.

  • Full Name
  • Invoice Number or Gift Receipt Number
  • List of items and quantities of return
  • Reason for return
  • Contact information so that we may reach you, including phone number and email address




We highly recommend that you either opt for a trial package of diapers, or wash and try one diaper before washing the whole system, to ensure proper fit and function for your baby. Pure Modern Baby will not return washed or used diapers under any circumstances (with the exception of manufacturer defects, which are subject to the manufacturer’s policies).


Baby Carriers


We offer trials of our carriers and slings so that you may try before you buy. Please note, we do not except returns on used slings, and highly recommend you opt for a trial sling to ensure you are getting the carrier that best works for you.

All other products must be returned in unused, unwashed, saleable condition within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for refund.
